Week Two Lower Body Focus: Eliminate Foot & Bunion Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Knee Pain, Sciatica, Piriformis, IT Band Syndrome, Hip & Low Back Pain. Increase your proprioception, balance & connection to the ground.
Week Three Decompress your Neck & Low Back. Learn Lengthening techniques which will enhance joint mobility, whole-body balance and hydration helping you feel good from head to toe.
