In this workshop, Caitlin will guide you through a series of practices that will teach you to make like the Magician, channel divine inspiration and manifest it into *art that comes from your most authentic self.

*any creative expression including (but not limited to) visual art, dance, poetry, creative writing and music

In this workshop, you will: 

*Co-create a sacred container: setting the stage for creativity to flow is a crucial first step! We will begin by building a group altar, setting and sharing our intentions

*Learn from the wisdom of the Magician: what lessons does this enigmatic card have to teach us about tapping into creativity?

*Engage in conscious movement: shed mental and physical tension and tap into a more fluid and open way of being

*Be guided through writing and art exercises: tap into your unconscious self with exercises designed to open the creative floodgate and generate ideas

*Have time, space and materials to create

*Share your experience and creations and witness the creations of others

You will leave this workshop with:

*New ideas and inspiration

*A toolkit you can use on your own to tap into creativity quickly and authentically

*Connections with other creatives in the community
