Wine and cheese overload but still in the holiday spirit? Come to the festive In-Between-Holidays bodymind detox party YOU NEED! Dance barefoot to electronic beats, stretch and relax in the yoga zone, drink tea and chat in our comfy pillow-laden lounge area. All ages, $5 at the door.

In place of our usual Monday Intermediate class, we will have a special All Levels class. Some dance experience recommended for the whole class. New to dance? Try just the barre! Barre Only: $10 Whole Class: $18, or $15 with class card

Come shake, flow, and groove into the holidays with our blowout holiday edition ecstatic dance - last one of 2019, a special 2 hour session! Great playlists, wide open spaces, and permission to get comfy, nap, stretch, dance in a frenzy, leap, roll around on the floor, meditate, laugh, and everything in between. 6:30-8:30pm $10
