The Second Annual Prometheus Gathering will take place around the Stone Circle in the garden of Starfield.

Join us for a magical evening as we celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Paul Manship’s purchase of a “certain estate situated in Lanesville.”

This will be a festive Paris Salon with French-inspired fare and libations.

Come experience a Paris Salon with Tableaux Vivants by

Gloucester Stage Company Ensemble as a Commedia dell’arte troupe
Minori Ishikawa as Monet’s La Japonaise
Brian King + Nathan Cohen in a musical dialogue with Manship’s work
Sarah Slifer Swift + MAGMA performers recreating Matisse’s The Dance

AND

the first glimpse of Manship Resident Artist Will Pappenheimer’s site-specific Augmented Reality (AR) piece. Link to four-minute video about Will and AR.

Individual tickets are $125.* Checks can be left at the entrance when you arrive or you can mail your check to MARS, PO Box 7071, Lanesville, MA 01930. There is also the option of  purchasing tickets online via PayPal:    www.paypal.me/ManshipArtists.

There is no PARKING on site.  PARKING has been arranged at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and the Orthodox Congregational Church on Washington Street. A shuttle will take you from the church parking lots to the property or you may walk.

The Prometheus Circle is a donors’ circle consisting of those who are ongoing supporters of MARS and who contribute a minimum of $1000.

Tickets can be purchased until August 6 or until capacity is reached.

*MARS is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Contributions made to MARS are tax deductible within the guidelines of the IRS code. $90 of the purchase of a  Prometheus Circle event ticket is valid as a tax deductible contribution.
