FLOW

FLOW is a free dance/ecstatic dance evening that meets every Monday. We begin each session with a 20 minute guided warm-up rich with imagery and playful prompts to get us acclimated and embodied. Then the guidance falls away and the fantastic playlist supports and inspires our freeform dance in an energetic arc through the evening.
No dance experience required, all are welcome.
