Elemental Ecstatic Dance

Elemental Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to surrender into the 5 rhythms
dance, embrace the cycles of life, and connect with the elements and
directions. Creating a space where your dance becomes a celebration of
the diverse and vibrant energies within and around you. Let us create a
space for grace and deep surrender through our movement in community.
Let us be reminded of what we came here to be a part of and find that
place inside of us that is ready to be free, wild and then at peace.
Opening with calling in directions and elementals, followed by
accompaniment on drums and didgeridoo throughout the evening to live

7:30-9:15pm Dance with minimal facilitation through 5 Rhythms
9:15-9:30pm Closing and sharing circle
