Come shake, flow, and groove into the holidays with our blowout holiday edition ecstatic dance – last one of 2019, a special 2 hour session!
Great playlists, wide open spaces, and permission to get comfy, nap, stretch, dance in a frenzy, leap, roll around on the floor, meditate, laugh, and everything in between.
