Dress Code

Kids and Teens

For Ballet, students wear a solid-color leotard and tights, or bike shorts/leggings and a form-fitting t-shirt.  A thin chiffon ballet skirt is allowed. Canvas or leather ballet slippers are required after year one; ballet slippers or socks are acceptable for Ballet I. Children with long hair should secure their hair in a bun or pony-tail. For the safety and comfort of all students, absolutely no jewelry or hair adornments (bows, hats, etc)  allowed.

For all other classes, children should wear comfortable clothing they can move in without restriction, hair secured away from the face. For classes where sneakers are worn, please indoor-only shoes allowed. No muddy, salty, sandy shoes allowed on the dance floor! All other classes taken in bare feet.
