DESCRIPTION:Dance Workshop with Mia Martelli \n Tidal/Volume (definition: the amount of air passing into and out of the lungs during normal breathing)\nI understand dancing as echolocation. It is a way of making sense of what’s happening inside and outside me. Improvisation is a space to make choices based on pure expression rather than coherency. Technique is a question of\, how broad is my access to tone in my body? I believe this spectrum can be widened through anatomical visualization\, breath\, and connecting to the pelvic floor.
