The night after Foley’s funeral\, the deceased eighteen-year-old comes to Faye in the form of a ghost or hallucination. As Faye’s world becomes ridden with guilt\, she turns to the unhealthy\ncoping mechanisms taught to her by her Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Meanwhile\, Faye’s sister\, Rita\, and best friend\, Sara\, attempt to prove that Foley’s death was a suicide covered up by his parents. Dead End explores themes of youth mental health and friendship\, with a focus on the\nways children and teenagers often have their thoughts and feelings overlooked by the adults in their lives.
