DESCRIPTION:Aerobic Dance and Hatha Yoga Class \nElizabeth Reed/Forever Fit and Janet Green Garrison/Yoga for Health \n Saturday\, January 5th 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. @ MAGMA \nKick off the New Year with a fun and up tempo dance class that is guaranteed to make you smile and sweat out some of the overly abundant  Holiday cheer! \nElizabeth has been leading Forever Fit Classes in Rockport for 5 years with over 30 women dancing up a storm 3 days a week. \nYoga for Health moved out of the big studio on Main Street 4 years ago and meets in Janet Green Garrisons’ home studio in Lanesville in a smaller venue for more personally designed Yoga classes. \nJoin this class for a slow flowing\, mindful Yoga practice to deeply stretch out tight muscles and enjoy a guided relaxation at the end of our 2-hour class. \nJanet and Elizabeth are offering this FREE CLASS and Sarah Slifer Swift has generously donated the use of her magnificent dance studio just for the fun of it.  We hope to fill the studio with 40 or more people to start the New Year off with Joy.   \nPlease call to let us know you plan to attend.  Bring indoor exercise shoes that will not mark the floor and a Yoga mat and blanket.  Dress in layers. \n Call 978-879-3488 or reply: yogaforhealth@comcast.net
