COVID-19 guidelines for Adult in-studio Classes

We are happy to offer in-studio classes  in compliance with the guidelines and protocols from the State of Massachusetts. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with what we are doing and what we are asking you to do to make this effort a success. We are all in this together!

ARRIVAL

Reservations for in-studio classes must be made in advance. We are allowing a maximum of 12 students for in-person classes, keeping us under the 25% capacity limit, and well within the square footage allowance in accordance with state guidelines.

Masks must be worn into the building, and in the lobby and bathroom, and during class at all time. You may remove your mask near a window for a brief water/breathing break.

Remove and store shoes in the hallway. Personal items may be brought inside the studio.

Please opt for Zoom classes if you are in a vulnerable population or have been in high-risk situations (i.e. in known contact with COVID, recently attended large event, traveled to hot spot area, etc).

CLEANING PROCEDURES

The bathroom, door handles, and high-traffic surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected between each class. The dance floor will be cleaned and disinfected daily.

PREPARING THE SPACE

The studio will be marked with tape, designating proper distancing. All seven of our large windows will be fully open during classes, with our circulatory fans moving the air at all times. MAGMA will have only one or two classes happening in-studio per day, not scheduled back-to-back so as to streamline traffic flow through the building.  Hand sanitizer will be available in several locations at MAGMA.
